Connect to the File Processor service

This page will describe how you make a connection with the user interface (= client) to the File Processor service itself.

Note: When making (remote) connections it is important to make sure that your File Processor client and service have the same version installed.

  1. Start the File Processor client
  2. Navigate to the [Server] tab in the ribbon
  3. Select [Connections] to open the Connections options.

  4. Click [Search] to find the File Processor service.
  5. Select the service that you want to use and click [Use Server(s) & Close]
  6. Optionally you can change the Title of the service.
  7. Now you can Connect to the server by clicking the [Connect] button.
