Creating a local user in Windows
- Open Run App (Windows-key + R).
- Fill in
lusrmgr.mscand click OK.
- Under Local Users and Groups (Local), right-click on Users and select
New User....
- Fill in the New User dialog and click Create.
lusrmgr.msc and click OK.New User....
