Check: Preview mode
Make sure that the print driver is not set in Preview mode. Documents being printed to a printer with the Preview mode option enabled will not be processed but only be used as preview in recognitions.
Check: Print queue status
Maybe the print queue was being paused. To verify this, follow the steps below:
- Go to
Windows Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
- Double-click the printer or right-click and select
See what's printing.
- In the print queue dialog verify that the queue is not being paused:
Printer > Pause Printingshould be unchecked.
