Nothing happens when printing to a Print&Share CQ printer

This article will give you some common cases that might help you in the troubleshooting process.

Troubleshooting

Check: Preview mode

Make sure that the print driver is not set in Preview mode. Documents being printed to a printer with the Preview mode option enabled will not be processed but only be used as preview in recognitions.

Check: Print queue status

Maybe the print queue was being paused. To verify this, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Windows Control Panel > Devices and Printers .
  2. Double-click the printer or right-click and select See what's printing.
  3. In the print queue dialog verify that the queue is not being paused: Printer > Pause Printing should be unchecked.
